All prices are in euros and exclude VAT where it applies. Invoicing and payment are in euros, from Spain.

This is the remote delivery model: asynchronous coordination in your time zone, every decision recorded in writing, and international invoicing from an EU VAT number. Nothing depends on being able to drop by.

Why invest in monthly care? Because unmaintained code and plugins eventually become vulnerable. Under a care plan, security, reliability, and uptime become my responsibility, not yours.

Common questions about working together

How do international payments and invoicing work?

Payment is by bank transfer: SEPA within Europe, SWIFT from anywhere else. Every project comes with a proper invoice issued from Spain under my EU tax number. Prices are quoted and invoiced in euros, so the amount you agree to is the amount on the invoice.

How does the development timeline look?

A Presence website typically takes 1 to 2 weeks once content and goals are defined. Manageable CMS platforms take 2 to 4 weeks, and custom e-commerce or web apps are structured around clear milestone dates agreed upfront.

Do I own the website and source code?

Yes, 100%. The domain is registered in your name, you have full ownership of the git repository and codebase, and all server credentials belong to your organization. You are never locked in.

What time zone are you in and how do we coordinate?

I am based in Spain (Central European Time / CET). I maintain regular asynchronous email updates with overlap for US East Coast, Europe, and Latin America, ensuring continuous progress and clear status reports.

What if I already have hosting or need a redesign?

We can either deploy on your existing cloud provider (Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, AWS, DigitalOcean, cPanel) or I can set up turnkey managed hosting for you. Migrations and redesigns are planned in advance to keep downtime to a minimum, and the old site stays up until the new one is verified.
